WHAT WE WOULD LOOK FOR
Four things, in this order

Work you can point at
Something shipped and in front of people, at whatever size. What you chose not to build is as interesting as what you did.

Claims you can check
This site names the two requests that leave the machine and the places competitors are the better tool. That habit is the job.

The last ten per cent
A recording that opens on a timeline instead of in a download folder is most of the work and none of the feature list.

Range
A small team means the person who builds the encoder also writes the page explaining it, and neither is treated as the chore.
